Star Industries is located in Harvey, a "suburb" just east of Marquette, on Highway M-28 (the main east-west road going across Michigan's Upper Peninsula), about two miles east of the intersection with US41. Star's buildings are big, blue-and-white, and easily visible behind Marquette Meats/Memories Restaurant. Turn south off M-28 on Hiawatha Street and look for the buildings -- they're only about 200 yards from the intersection.
